The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was great and the shower was incredible. Best hot water of any hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff were all incredibly friendly and efficient. The breakfast included with my stay was the best included breakfast. Everything was fresh and very delicious. I would gladly stay at this location again.

The room was great! Located on the 17th floor & even though the room was near the elevator, it was not noisy with other guests. We enjoy the full use of the kitchen that came with all the fixings of a kitchen down to a wine opener! The hotel itself is within walking distance to everything downtown Charlotte.

Me and my fiance loved our room. It felt like a small studio apartment (only missing the oven in the kitchen). The bed was comfortable, the shower in the bathroom was spacious (which any couple would love), and the little living room was perfect for relaxing in between any plans we had set.

Everything! Beautiful cozy rooms, the views of uptown Charlotte were awesome. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. There also was a delicious morning breakfast! Would definitely stay here again and again!
