Hyatt House Charlotte Center City

The room was great. Spacious and excellent facilities. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean. I had hoped to use the pool, but the weather was pretty lousy whilst I was there. I did take a look and it was very small, but adequate to cool off if needed.

It was a good experience. The facility itself needs some repairs and improvements. The swimming pool and gym are small, carpets in the room were worn out, etc. The breakfast was okay but reduced to a minimum of options. The big plus is the personnel in all areas, starting from the receptionist, continuing with the waitresses and bartender, valet, and cleaning staff. The location is a plus when talking about the proximity to the city center however, with a major shortage due to the traffic noise during the rest hours in the night.

Everything! Beautiful cozy rooms, the views of uptown Charlotte were awesome. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. There also was a delicious morning breakfast! Would definitely stay here again and again!
